All refunds must be initiated by emailing us your customer ID and order ID within 30 days of your purchase date.

To iniated a refund, please email us at [email protected] with refund in the subject line and your customer ID and order ID in the body.

Refunds

After receiving your email, please allow us 1 to 2 days to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billiing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
